Delivery:

Shipping is free for the UK and mainland Europe on all orders over £50. For items under a £3 postage fee will be added at the checkout.

We now ship worldwide for a flat fee of £6.

If we have your item in stock we aim to send it recorded delivery to be received within a week.

However, we only keep limited stock and as your item is being handmade from scratch in our studio it may take up to 14 days to receive your order! If it is for a special occasion please don’t hesitate to get in touch and we can see whether it can be prioritised to get there on time! Just email emily@loveslabourswon.co.uk

Returns:

We are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty due to hygiene reasons. All other returns are accepted within a month if the item is unworn and will be refunded for a voucher to spend on the website.

If a ring is the wrong size we will happily resize it for you if you send it to the following address (although we will charge for the cost of postage when we send it back so please try to have the right size first time! Use our ring size guide here)
